When you first click to begin any exercise, you will see the instruction screen. These instructions change for each level. There is a link to play an audio version of the instructions if needed.

Otherwise click OK to go to the next screen. On the next screen, click start to begin the exercise.

Students will see a series of colored arrows.

In some levels the arrows will not be moving.

In some levels the arrows will be moving.

Based upon the instructions, enter the correct answer for each arrow shown.

Sometimes it may ask for the direction the arrow is pointing, sometimes the way it is moving.

To enter your answer, use the arrow keys on the keyboard. Your answer will either be the left, right, up or down arrow.

Practice entering the answer using one hand without looking at the keyboard. As the levels become more complex and faster, the student cannot afford to look down at the keyboard to enter the answer.

For the first two levels, enter the answer as quickly as possible.

Thereafter, students must enter their answer on the beat. If the answer is entered too early or too late, the answer will be counted as wrong.

Some levels will introduce distractions. You have to focus on the primary arrow and ignore visual and audio distractions.

There are a total of 22 levels, 4 speeds for each level.

Some levels will ask you to rotate your answer, so it is important to read the instructions for each new level.

Some levels will change the required answer based upon the color of the arrow.
