Brain Training Program Advancement logic through the speeds and levels

  • Advancement in the program is handled automatically based upon training results.
  • The program is structured with multiple levels and multiple steps or speeds per level.
  • Each higher level introduces new complexity.
  • On each level, there are multiple speeds to provide an additional challenge.
  • The goal is to reach the highest level possible, passing each level at the highest speed possible.
  • If a student passes a level at speed one, but fails three times in a row at higher speeds on that level during a given session, they will be passed to the next level. We prefer a student to demonstrate they can handle increasing complexity vs becoming stuck on a given level because they cannot handle the higher speed.

Every new student starts at 1:2 (level 1, speed 2).

  • Golf and Sound Analysis start at 1:1
  • Sound Analysis only has one speed.

Pass that step/speed

  • Most exercises require a pass rate of 90% of better.
  • Golf requires completion with a maximum number of strokes.
  • Visual puzzle requires completion of the puzzle in the allotted time.
  • If a student passes a step, the program advances to next step on that level.
  • If a student passes the highest step on a given level, the program advances to the next level, back one step.

Fail three times in a row on a step in a given session

  • If a student passed any step on that level, and they fail three times in a row during a given session, the program advances to next level, back one step.
  • If a student has not passed a step on that level yet:
    • If on step 1, stay at step 1 until pass.
    • If on step 2 or higher, go back one step.

The Program is designed to track only one student per license.

  • The program is structured for one student per license.
  • If multiple students use the same account, it is impractical to track progress correctly for a given student and set the advancement correctly.
  • The program is structured so only one student can be logged into the same account at the same time.
  • If another student also used the same login, their scores and changes in the levels would impact the intended student.
  • The intended student should not let someone else use their login.
